[Pkg-mediawiki-devel] Bug#380561: mediawiki1.5: put more modern versions in Depends

Instead of
Depends: php4 (>= 4.1.2) | php5, php4-mysql | php5-mysql
would
Depends: php5 | php4 (>= 4.1.2) , php5-mysql | php4-mysql
allow us to get the more modern versions without having to put them on
explicitly on the apt-get command line?

(Or maybe php4 is in front of php5 on purpose.)
