[Pkg-mediawiki-devel] Bug#367421: Sysop creation table misaligned

The table for Sysop user creation is misaligned and create a bit of
confusion (at least in me). Here is a link to an image that show this

I don't know if this is an upstream error; if so, please forward it to
mediawiki team.
