	Hi!

LocalSettings.php contains a lot of things, and in particular, acess to 
mediawiki DB.

As the original software provided an install path for its DB, we decided to 
let it generate the DB.
Hence, your proposition would require that the package installs the DB by its 
own, and won't be fixed for now...
