[Pkg-mediawiki-devel] Bug#396585: installation: dependency on mysql server needed

I installed mediawiki1.7 via apt-get install.
When continuing with administration via browser frontend i got the following error message:

Therefore i think mediawiki1.7 needs a dependency, not only recommendation on the mysql-server package.
