The only remark I would make is about that change:

mediawiki should have two access account, one for usual access and one for 
this purpose. Most of the users don't know about the second one and may 
likely anwser with the first one here. I think it would be better to enforce 
this separation by using the title:
Database administrative user for mediawiki1.7

Furthermore, this denomination is not used again in next question:
+_Description: Administrative password for MediaWiki 1.5:
For means of consistency, I would rename this to the same as above.
