[Pkg-mediawiki-devel] Bug#420700: Installation of mediawiki1.9 failed

I had assumed it failed as I couldn't see anything at the apache location

http://localhost/var/lib/mediawiki1.9/

which is where the /etc/mediawiki1.9/apache.conf seemed to be saying 
mediawiki would have been installed.

So, how do I test if it's failed or not?
