[Pkg-mediawiki-devel] Bug#454235: Problem with default file ownership

If I am not mistaken, the directory
/var/lib/mediawiki1.7/config
is installed with its owner defaulting to 'www-data'.

When Apache is configured to run under a different user, the top page is
shown properly but then the link to the initial configuration is invalid
due to file permission lacking.

It would be nice if there is a way to check the current user running
Apache and making him/her the default owner of the config directory.
