Thie only correction I would like to make in the template you gave is:

I would prefer:
-_Description: Database administrative user for old mediawiki:
+_Description: MediaWiki database administrative user:

and: 

-_Description: Database administrative password for old mediawiki:
+_Description: Old MediaWiki database administrative password:
I would prefer
-_Description: Database administrative password for old mediawiki:
+_Description: MediaWiki database administrative password:

The reason is that in fact the DB is updated in place, so I wouldn't like 
people to think this is gonna create a new (as an opposition to old) 
database..

This is the only change I made before calling for translations by error, so 
that way both work wouldn't overlap..
Also, I have received some translations that are not reported in the BTS, I 
will report them as soon as I have my current working package..
