Yes it is totaly normal.
Inital security configuration for fuse does not allow any other user to access 
the mount point except the user that mounted it. Even root is forbiden !
You can change that optionaly but my script are not yet configured for it. It 
is only a matter of passing one option, I'll do it. 
Anyway it is not an issue for mounting an apache mountpoint since apache is 
run as www-data so can access the mount point.

Yes, actual packaging does not create the required files/folders in the diff 
directory and it is not yet documented very well.. Thank you for sorting that 
out.

Totaly normal too.
The apache config test is done under user root which cannot access the mount 
point, hence the error.
However it should not cause any problem later as explained above.
You may only restart apache and point to the web adress as normal..
