Obviously the package is not orphaned, please try at least to see latest
activity before making such assomptions :)
As for your bug, the issue I fear is that it seems that the corrections is
related to the DB definition, by changing a field data type.
Handling such change is not only uploading a proper code, but also means ask
users to update their database..
So the correct way to solve this bug is to change the code so that newly
created wikis do not suffer from this limitation, and propose an upgrade
script that changes the fields for existing databases..
I am not very familiar, but it should only be a matter of dumping the
database, then changing the data type and then updating the database with the
modified dump file.
I am not very familiar with postgresql, but I see that postgresql-client has
two commands to do so, so it may not be that difficult to do...
Duck: could you look at this ? I know that you are using postgre for your own
wikis...
