Thanks, mediawiki 1.9.3 in experimental is what I want.

But about this bug, thus you have to remove dependent on php5-pgsql from 
mediawiki 1.7 before etch release. Looked like mediawiki 1.7 is not 
ready to use this database. Only IMHO.
