[Pkg-mediawiki-devel] Initial unversioned package in experimental.

	Hi all !

I have uploaded an initial mediawiki 1.11 package into experimental.

The package's name is mediawiki, and should remain as it. 
Having versioned mediawiki1.X packages and automatic upgrade scripts was not a 
really good thing for later update.

Furthermore, via bug reports, it was quite clear that the automatic upgrade 
procedure was not correct. It couldn't cover all possible cases, and caused a 
lot of misunderstandings.

We had to spawn versioned packages because of some strong database breakage 
during mediawiki 1.4 to 1.5 upgrade. But recent releases showed no such 
breakage.

So, based on the assumption that any major breakage during an upstream release 
is not likely to happen in the futur, I have decided to remove versioned 
packages and automatic upgrade script and let the administrator proceed to 
the upgrade with its own configuration.

An initial package has been uploaded to experimental, you can test it.
After some time, when all reported bugs are eventually fixed, I'll proceed to 
an upload to unstable and ask for mediawiki1.10 removal.
