[Pkg-mediawiki-devel] Bug#467026: mediawiki: installExtensions.php fails on localsettings

Because the localSettings.php has no trailing ?> by default, the
installExtensions.php script fails to match the regexp 

		$localsettings = preg_replace( "/\?>\s*$/si", "$newblock?>", $localsettings );

and the localsettings patch provided with the extensions are not applied.
