Well the copyright is not much of an issue. It means you have to write "this 
work was done by corporation XYZ" instead of "this work was done by me".

The real issue then is the licence, i.e. which right you grant along with the 
code. 

I don't know what possibilities you have to discuss this with your company, 
but I would tend to believe that for packaging-related stuff there is no real 
concern about the right you grant on the code from the point of view of the 
company.
