[Pkg-mediawiki-devel] Bug#594517: php-wikidiff2: is not enabled on installation

If /etc/php5/conf.d/wikidiff2.ini contained

 extension = php_wikidiff2.so

then this extension would be enabled by default.  As it stands, the extension is installed, but not enabled, which is probably not what the user expects.  (Compare with an extension like xdebug, which installs a config snippet enabling itself, and removes it on postrm.)
