Hmm, this is an awkward one. I already made the switch in
mediawiki_1:1.15.4-2, since it:

 - gets rid of a dependency on quilt
 - gets rid of some CDBS extras
 - is deprecated in latest CDBS (the quilt magic bits, that is).

I didn't realise it caused a problem in backports.org (why is that? I
thought a point release in Lenny had enabled 3.0 support). I guess it can
be reverted easily enough, what are your thoughts?
