It works in Lenny, but not in Ätsch, and the upgrade path
from etch (with or without bpo) to lenny (with or without
bpo) must be kept working, that’s why 3.0 is rejected
there still.

On our internal lenny repo, I put mw 1:1.15.4-2tarent1
as 3.0 for simplicity.
