I looked at it, its seems good ! You did not seperate the urls files ?
Also, I usually commit the fetched files from dist/ as well. This is not 
necessary but it makes it possible to to a diff on the updated files in order to 
check that, for instance, there are no new licence/copyright to add etc...

I also forgot one important point by the way: I find it very hard to test all 
the extensions and make sure they are working. Did you find time to do that ?
