I'm already a maintainer and I'm in the queue for NM... I just don't have
DMUA on Mediawiki yet (and rightly so).

I'm not sure what you mean. I didn't make any direct changes myself: I
regenerated it in r164 to 1. make CDBS recalculate its dependencies and 2.
bring in your Vcs-* lines. I checked they were both right.

Although I see that in r179 you've added an explicit dependency on
debhelper (>= 7.0.1), is the CDBS-generated one not enough?
