Oh ok. The changes to control.in had been committed earlier, so r177 was
purely to regenerate control with them included.

Regenerating debian/control now includes a debhelper dependency twice. I
guess it won't hurt to have it in control.in as long as it gets tidied up
manually. (Really CDBS ought to detect that it's duplicating things, and
not bother...)

In any case, I've already discussed with Romain about dropping CDBS and
using debhelper alone, so soon I will start testing that.
