[Pkg-mediawiki-devel] Bug#617561: mediawiki: Mysql-server as suggested package

Severity: minor

The most secure option when creating servers is put different services
in different machines (real or virtual). Please, consider to switch
mysql-server from recommends to suggests to avoid the auto installation
of this RDBMS. This procedure is adopted by wordpress in Debian.
