Hi,

A client of mine uses the TreeAndMenu extension to provide a nice
navigation menu in their MediaWiki installation; it's currently
installed by hand (since it doesn't seem to require much in the way of
configuration), but having it packaged would be more proper.  Hence this
request :-)
