Note that WFM doesn’t include all mediawiki-extensions.

Specifically, the following packages aren’t used here:
• mediawiki-extensions-ldapauth (won’t work in a fusionforge context anyway)
• mediawiki-extensions-openid (won’t work in a fusionforge context anyway)
• mediawiki-extensions-confirmedit
• mediawiki-extensions-fckeditor

Notes for the others:
• mediawiki-extensions-collection seems to work, can probably test more
• mediawiki-extensions-graphviz works superb
• mediawiki-extensions-geshi works superb
• mediawiki-extensions-base is split:
  * CategoryTree         -- untested
  * Cite                 -- works
  * CreateBox            -- seems to work
  * FootNote             -- works
  * ImageMap             -- works
  * InputBox             -- seems to work
  * Interwiki            -- will test more
  * LanguageSelector     -- seems to work
  * NewUserNotif         -- untested
  * NewestPages          -- works
  * News                 -- works
  * PageCSS              -- works
  * ParserFunctions      -- works
  * Poem                 -- untested
  * Polyglot             -- seems to work
  * RSS_Reader           -- works
  * SpecialRenameuser    -- untested
