Hourly, actually (may be an Alioth specific, I don't remember).

From the db part. There's a pglistener that updates the db (as in
libnss-db) database when required, but sometimes it gets stuck and needs
a kick. I gave it such a kick, the user account is active now, the SSH
key should follow at the next cron run.
