[Pkg-mediawiki-devel] RFR: mediawiki 1.18.1-1

Hi,

As I write this MW 1.18.1 is on the way to experimental for testing. Please
do so, I don't have many installations to test with myself.

SQL changes are necessary and documented for now in NEWS.Debian, the
wording is subject to changes. Other debugging code is left in too for now,
and so are old files that can go before uploading to unstable later.

One big change is that mediawiki-math is no longer shipped upstream, it is
a proper extension now. So mediawiki-extensions should be updated to
include it, and probably should be updated anyway before MW reaches
unstable. Can someone look into that please? - I have no experience with
the extensions package.
