[Pkg-mediawiki-devel] Uploading Mediawiki 1.19.0-1

MW 1.19 is on the way to experimental now. Please test and file bugs as
early as possible so we have a fighting chance of getting it into Wheezy.

Database upgrades must be done manually, see NEWS.Debian.

If there are no show-stoppers, I may make an upload to unstable on Wednesday,
because I'm due away on holiday that day. It can be delayed if testing is
still taking place, but please bear in mind that it needs to mature
for ten days before it reaches Wheezy and that needs to happen before the
freeze.

Of course if someone can make an unstable upload on Thursday or Friday
while I'm away, that would probably be better than me rushing it.
