OK. The themes (MonoBook, etc.) changed much more than I had expected,
and that’s where half our changes hook into. I’m continuing testing
with the 1.15 theme for now, but…

… this is being done first, to get those warnings out of my face
(and the pink-popup and Apache’s error_log) first. Doesn’t look
as if the 1.15 extensions work well, if at all (some do, many
don’t, and there’s a helluvalot of warnings).

mediawiki-math seems to work after mwenext, as good news.
