I have updated packaging to use 1.19.1 released tonight. Are there still
blockers to getting this into unstable? If so I will put it into
experimental all the same, because any testing is better than none at this
stage.

I can't emphasise enough how fine we're cutting this now. 10 days maturity
in sid gets us to at least the 23rd June, probably nearer the 24th or 25th
(and this even assumes no RC bugs are found...)
