[Pkg-mediawiki-devel] Bug#689758: mediawiki-math-texvc: try to remove php5-mysqlnd

Dear Maintainer, 
mediawiki-math-texvc should have php5-mysql|php5-mysqlnd as dependency. It 
isn't funny that a minor important package like mediawiki-math-texvc 
(a chaptcha-plugin) will dominate me and my database decisions.
