Yes, the reason is that mediawiki-extensions 2.6 does
not work with mediawiki 1.19, not even the +wheezy1
which was, as I predicted, only the first of many of
such problems.

I’m still trying to get mediawiki-extensions 2.8 accepted
into wheezy.
