[Pkg-mediawiki-devel] extensions, again

Two things I noticed:

• The extensions-core are not enabled, nor enablable.
  Apparently the mediawiki binary package must now begin to ship files
  in /etc/mediawiki-extensions/extensions-available/ for all those
  extensions that are contained with the core.

  I will fix this in a subsequent upload.

• When extensions are enabled while packages are removed/purged,
  the symlinks in /etc/mediawiki-extensions/extensions-enabled/
  aren’t correctly cleaned up.

  We can do this in several ways… a trigger on extensions-available/
  combined with code to delete *all* dangling symlinks from -enabled/
  in, say, mediawiki-extensions-base.postinst, looks best to me.
