It’s for MySQL instead of a database, so I’m neither personally
nor professionally interested, but maybe someone else. Otherwise…

… this. Indeed, as this package does not have anything to do
with MediaWiki AFAICT from a quick glance, not being an extension
or somesuch, just submit it using the normal Debian ways.
