[Pkg-mediawiki-devel] [MediaWiki-distributors] Early (embargoed) disclosure of upcoming security releases

Hi Jonathan,

This last release was a little rushed, but I would like to make this happen
in the future. Greg and Mark (cc'ed) are figuring out our release process
right now, so hopefully we can work this in.

There were a few patches that didn't make it into this release, so we need
to get the next one out in the next couple of weeks. That may be a good
test run.
