Could mediawiki-math-texvc be Multi-Arch: foreign?

There is no OCaml on x32, and to be able to use the
i386 version would be cool. It doesn’t seem to link
against anything unusual.

On the other hand, the Teχ packages probably need
some M-A annotations too, for this to work.
