[Pkg-mediawiki-devel] 1.25.2

I have been packaging 1.25.2 to be used with my directions at http://demo1.faikvm.com/trac/wiki/AWIKIServer . My changes to the package are available at http://faikvm.com/mediawiki-debian.1.25.2.diff.xz , and attached. This is in the format of a diff against the debian directory contained in mediawiki_1.19.20+dfsg-2.3.debian.tar.xz .

I have built 1.25.2 with patches and associated directions that allow the user to use the VisualEditor for all editing functions. I have also forward ported the patches in the debian package, disabling the ones that are applied in 1.25.2, providing links to the relevent bugs.

I am sending this hoping it will be useful to a future packager, as forword porting some of these patches is hard.
