Hello,

I tried to change the dependencies and verify it works with PHP 7.0 on
Stretch. It’s the first time I create a Debian package, so probably there
are mistakes, but my result is on https://github.com/Seb35/wikidiff2.

The dependencies are updated and I successfully installed it on Stretch,
but there is a segfault. The old code didn’t compile, so I tried to fix
the bug in the returned value (a string) by following
https://wiki.php.net/phpng-upgrading#zend_string_api. It compiles now but
the segfault remains. Is there anyone who can investigate on this?

I created a task on Phabricator https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T134561.

Cheers,
~ Seb35
