Package: libgl1-mesa-dri
Version: 6.4.2-1.1
Severity: important
Hi,
(I hope I got the right package, you never know with to many invovled in
3d graphics...)
I use the r300 DRI driver for my Radeon FireGL Mobility T2 card. It
works mostly fine, also with 3d applications, but the graphics
reproducibly crash when somethings draws OSD information above it, e.g.
the tpb when I change the hardware sound level of my thinkpad. The
keyboard and display is locked up then, but using the power button, I
can shut down the system cleanly (although it does seem to freeze the
system somewhen during shutdown, as the laptop does not turn itself
off).
Would be nice if this can be fixed somewhen,
Thanks!
Joachim
