sarge->etch upgrade lost me the gl... manpages

Dear Debian Mesa Maintainers,

I am one of the developers of the FlightGear flight simulator.
On an upgrade from sarge to etch, which also included an upgrade to Xorg,
I was able to continue compile the code I'm working on from the source
(i.e., all the headers/libs are in place). However, I can't understand
where did the manpages for gl functions (glEnable etc) go?
they used to be in xlibmesa-gl-dev (e.g., in 4.3.0.dfsg.1-14sarge1);
in etch this is a dummy package just to pull in libgl1-mesa-dev, but the
latter doesn't have the mans inside... where to look?
