Packaging 6.5.1 for powerpc

Hello,

Yes, the problem is that sis does not build on powerpc any more. I hear
about i950 chipset on mac mini, but i'm not sure it was the powerpc
version of mac mini.

I enable the per arch target selection with _arch targets variable but
nothing changed.

Obviously, the build script needs a deep review.
