6.4.2 and 6.5

 Ok, my intention is to upload 6.5 to experimental.  I have held up the
 upload because after a few cycles of "this should fix the optimized
 build, no it doesn't" I stumbled across the fact that an optimized
 build won't even work because apparently GCC 4.1 is doing something
 different wtr some other version of GCC (3.3 is my guess).

 I will disable the optimized build and upload that.

 I'd like to have 6.5 in experimental for some time, yes.
