Bug#390560: libgl1-mesa-swx11: opengl applications die with Illegal instruction after upgrade

Those didn't look like familiar instructions to me.  Then I realised
that the library is using SSE instructions on a processor that doesn't
have SSE!  I think this can be fixed by configuring the package to build
without such optimisations or to make them conditional on a run-time
check.  I will investigate this.
