Do you mean the display glitch, or the more serious bug of amaya crashing on
startup (which is the original point of this cloned bug AIUI)?  Using
libgl1-mesa-glx with amaya gets you the more serious bug #357439, which
effectively leaves you with no display at all, so I can't say whether or not
it has glitches. >:)
