Bug#388193: mesa-common-dev: apt-get dist-upgrade failed

Justification: breaks the whole system

The apt-get dist-upgrade failed on my system. I have tried doing an apt-get -f install to fix the problem and also 
tried removing the conflicting package to no avail. I hope the following information may help you:
