Reassigning to xorg since this is where the xlibmesa* transitional
packages are built from.

However, I am not sure we want to add some new transitional packages to
the already-quite-horrible upgrade path from XFree86/Sarge to Xorg/Etch.

If this does not get fixed before etch, we'll close since supporting
upgrade from sarge won't matter anymore.
