Bug#385366: libgl1-mesa-dri: Also crashes with EXA and default EnablePageFlip

Followup-For: Bug #385366

Reproduced this bug with current experimental packages with:
Option "AccelMethod" "EXA"
and DEFAULT "EnablePageFlip" (ie. not mentioned in config at all), which
manual page says is "disabled". So either the man page is incorrect, or the
problem occurs always with EXA.
