I've created an MLMMJ team and imported the git into it. Please go here
and click to request access, then I'll grant it to you:

https://salsa.debian.org/mlmmj-team/mlmmj/

If you have time, you can fix the VCS URLs, uploaders and maintainer
fields, push that to the Git on Salsa and upload the result to Sid (do
you have upload rights to the Debian package archive? I don't remember).
