AFAICS you did not base this upload on the latest version of the
subversion archive. You also did not commit your changes there. 

This is fine, when doing an NMU and providing patches in the bug. 
But your upload does not indicate that you consider this an NMU and you
are in fact still listed as uploader and have access to the repo.

If you don't have the time to familiarize yourself with the current SVN
layout and how to build things (It's all explained in debian/README) I
would like you to contact pkg-mol-devel at lists.alioth.debian.org before
doing an upload or at least follow standard NMU procedures to make it
easier to incoorporate your changes.

I don't think that this bug was so urgent that it must have been fixed
in 30 minutes. 

That said, I would like to mention that I appreciate it if you care
about mol and would welcome you to help maintaining it. As you are the
powerpc kernel expert could you have a look #400481 and #400472 and
confirm that these patches are correct.
