[Pkg-mol-devel] enabling debugger support?

I just discovered that MOL has a built in Debugger. It is disabled by
default and you need to turn it on to compile it. If the debugger is
compiled into MOL you can choose on startup if you want to run a
debugging session or not.

Does anybody of you have any experience with the debugger? Should we
enable it by default in the Debian package? Does anybody know if the
debugger has any negative effects (performance, ...) if compiled in but
not running?
