yes, use this repo till we uploaded all packages:
deb http://www.meebey.net/debian/mono-suite ./

this is by design, mono needs to build on s390 and powerpc before we can
upload the updated mcs package, just don't dist-upgrade, use normal
upgrade and everything is ok... this is sid, this situations can happen
by design....
