It is not a bug, it is a feature. monodoc symlink and wrapper script are
part of monodoc-base (which is installed by dependency). And if you
COMPLETELY REMOVE the self-compuled stuff BEFORE installing packages,
dpkg should install the packages properly. Otherwise, we cannot promise
anything.
